As my very first employer in recruitment told me back in the 70's was Stop criticising others and instead start helping and supporting them. He went on to say further, treat and respect all colleagues equal do not pinpoint anyone as it only shows your own faults. Lets all support each other whether we are long serving or just starting out. What are the youngsters going to think when they hear some older consultants whether still working or retired criticising others?
