The Savage Recruitment Academy is a subscription-based E-Learning platform and AI Assistant mentor for recruitment-specific training presented by leading industry trainer and advisor Greg Savage and other recruitment industry experts. Individuals and agencies can subscribe to one of two access levels, SRA Learner and SRA Coach, and are billed either quarterly or annually to access the learning platform based on the number of individuals accessing the content. Once subscribed, users can access content via our Learning Management System or a Google Chrome extension, depending on the users’ subscription level. Simply click the ‘Sign-Up’ button at the top to get underway. Organisations on a bulk user subscription can edit and invite staff related to their subscription through their parent account. Simply log in to the main user account (i.e., the account under which the subscription was purchased) and click the ‘Manage Account’ tab to edit your users. Once subscribed, users have unlimited access to the content on the platform. Additionally, users are regularly reminded of their subscriptions and can unsubscribe anytime. Payments are accepted by credit card, and renewals are charged for a 3-month period. For more significant subscriptions (51+ users), we may be able to accept EFT. Please email info@gregsavage.com.au for any enquiries relating to EFT.

No. You simply pay the quarterly subscription fee every three months for which you access the platform.

Yes, subscribers can purchase more users for their account, or upgrade their subscription level at any stage during their subscription period. You will simply be charged the difference for the additional user/upgrade for the remainder of your subscription period. There are no additional costs to add users or upgrade your level. Users can only downgrade their number of users/subscription level for the next quarter. Subscription payments are for the quarter in advance, and are non-refundable.

Only three months. Users can subscribe/unsubscribe to the platform, quarterly, as they see fit.

Most of the content is delivered by Greg Savage, who has over four decades of experience in recruitment, owning and advising recruitment businesses, and training recruiters worldwide. Other trainers are proven recruitment business leaders with deep practical experience in running recruitment businesses.

No. Regarding training content, The Savage Recruitment Academy is an Access All Areas model, which allows users to access all content on the platform. Even if you are only interested in one course, the Savage Recruitment Academy represents a highly cost-effective model.
Greg Savage has had recruitment experience in over 15 countries. There will, of course, be minor local market discrepancies, mainly concerning local laws and occasionally terminology, but the vast majority of the material will be suitable for all recruiters and recruitment leaders. The SRA has comprehensive content for permanent and temporary/ contract recruiters and material suitable for team leaders and billing managers in recruitment and staffing agencies. Subscribers can be invited to join your subscription from the parent account (i.e., the account under which the subscription was purchased). Simply log in with your parent account and click ‘Manage Account’. From there, click ‘Account’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then ‘Subscriptions’. From there, you can manage your subscribers to the Academy and invite new users by sharing a link for them to join your group subscription.
