- Are you taking on low-margin business that is paid on time, without understanding the opportunity cost?
- Revenue is Vanity. Profit is Sanity. Cash is Reality.
- Growing a temp book on low margins, and then being paid late, can send you backwards, fast.
- High-margin business, paid on time, is more profitable even if it costs a bit to fund.
- Don’t reject good business because of cash flow. Get the proper funding in place.
- Get the financing in place early. Before you need it, not when it is urgent to have it.
