13 sacred ‘Agency Recruitment’ metrics. (You need them!).

Fact.

‘You can’t manage what you don’t measure’.

40 years of running recruitment businesses taught me that you need a dashboard of critical metrics.

As we come out of the crisis, you must know what’s working and what is not.

Opportunities will abound. But not for everybody.

  • ‘Profitless growth’ is likely.
  • Creating a ‘sustainable business’ will be beyond many Owners.
  • Making the same old errors is guaranteed for some.

You need a tool which cuts through all the noise and gives you a laser-like focus on the key data.

So, I created it.

And I am sharing it in full on a Webcast Masterclass to make sure you thrive in the recovery.

In fact, here they are below. (But read below the chart!)

This list, while helpful, is not nearly enough.

You need to understand how to use them, what levers to pull when they go off track, and you need to know these two key facts for each metric.

  • What is ‘best practice’ in the industry, so you know what to aim at?
  • When have we hit the ‘danger zone’ so you can avoid catastrophe?

I know what is ‘best practice’ for each metric. And I know the ‘Danger’ number too.

From experience, but also from data provided by my old mate Nigel Harse at Staffing Industry Metrics.

So, it is empirical, but it also has the ‘Savage Stamp Of What I Learned From a Million Fuck-Ups’.

The question is what you do when you realise your costs are £5,500 / per head per month in the regions and £7,500 per head per month in London and your NFI per consultant per month is £7,000...
