Free Recruiter business action plan in time of crisis

The world is spiralling down. Everything we believed is solid, is not.

We need a plan. A structure.

I made a start by providing you with this Matrix and planning structure on Sunday.

But here is something much, much better.

I stole it from my brother Chris Savage (Don’t feel sorry for him! He stole my Cadburys mega-bar in 1971, and he stole my rugby ball in 1978, and he stole my girlfriend, I believe, in 1982, so it’s all good)

Seriously. It’s genius.

As Chris says in his original blog, which you can find here, it’s a free guideline chart to help you take the right action – today and tomorrow.

One is for Internal actions – getting your business ‘house in order.’

The second is for External actions – keeping super-close to existing clients, driving the pipeline, etc.

Very generous IP and great advice - thanks! Internal Planner is great and External Planner is gold. If everyone adapts to their business model, we'll recover quicker and provide clients/candidates with a more relevant, empathetic and professional approach along the way : )
