Two of the coolest Recruitment jobs in Europe available now!

It is a bit unusual using my blog to advertise jobs, but then we get thousands of recruiters reading these posts, and these are two of the coolest recruiting jobs around, so why not?

I am recruiting, right now, two senior executives to run key parts of the Aquent world-wide business.

1) Regional Director-Aquent UK.

The UK is key to the Aquent global business. We have been in England almost 20 years, and we probably own the creative print staffing sector in London. Our Digital and Interactive recruitment business has grown and grown, even during the downturn, and on any given day we have hundreds of contractors out working across the capital. Marketing contractors is growing too and has huge potential. And of course our Perm business remains strong, with more upside. The opportunity exists for an experienced individual with proven track-record of running high quality temporary businesses. We want someone who loves the evolution of marketing and design into technology, and who has experience running a corporate sales team. We are an innovative bunch. We change things often. Our name, Aquent, means “not a follower” so that is the kind of temperament we want in our UK Head. Aquent UK is a great business, that could be even better with fresh leadership. Reports to International CEO

2) Regional Director-Aquent Europe.

We have offices in France, Germany and Holland. Our revenue is a mix of Contract and Search, but we especially want to drive growth in Digital and Marketing contractors. We have strong teams in place, but massive opportunities for growth exist as the economy recovers and spend on marketing and design rebounds. We seek a European recruitment expert, fluent in at least one of the key languages, and a proven track-record of growing a contracting business in Europe. We need someone who is a proven people coach, and who leads corporate sales from the front. You could be based in any Aquent country but probably Germany or Holland is preferred. This is a really cool chance to run a pan-European business in a growing sector with a company that is massively differentiated from all competitors. Reports to International CEO
