Automation without accountability is a liability!

There is plenty of optimism about AI's positive impact on recruitment. They say AI will unlock productivity, free up recruiters' time, and drive profitability. However, making those assumptions is a dangerous fallacy. AI can bring those rewards, but it is not an automatic fix. There needs to be a plan and a structure.
