Greg Savage wants to speak to you – in London

The Savage Truth Tour is making its way to the UK in November, 2013.

The event, hosted by Elite Recruitment Network is titled “The Future of Recruitment: New Kool vs. Old Skool” and takes the form of a half-day Masterclass, to be held in London on November 22nd, 2013.

Click on the morning or afternoon session, whichever suits your schedule (they have the same content).

Morning session: 9.00 am – 12.30 pm

Afternoon session: 2.00 pm – 5.30 pm

The  Savage Truth Elite Masterclass is practical, hard hitting and packed with tips, tricks and tactics to make you a better recruiter, or manager of recruiters, and is suitable for all those in recruitment from consultants to managing directors.

In this Masterclass I will cover:

  • What obstacles will recruiters face in 2014? Will proven business models work again in the future? How will agencies maintain their edge in accessing talent? How do we navigate the rapidly changing world of professional recruitment, and what are the factors driving the constantly changing requirements and behaviour of candidates and clients?
  • And what about the old skills? Are they still important? Sophisticated, modern recruiting skills will be shared in detail, ready for immediate application on your desk.

Takeaways from this session:

  • What clients are thinking globally and now want from our industry
  • Threats and trends that could destroy the “Old Skool” recruiters
  • What Social Media really means for recruiters
  • Mobile recruiting – are you prepared?
  • Your current business model is broken! How will you fix it?
  • Changing behaviour and attitudes of candidates
  • Why it’s time to change our definition of “candidate”
  • Technology vs. human skills. Which wins?
  • The ‘craft’ of recruitment. Still valid?
  • The critical new era skill – E-Sourcing
  • Job Boards? LinkedIn? Are you sure?
  • The skill set that consultants are going to need going forward
  • The alternative to transactional, résumé racing, mudslinging…
  • Specialisation and expertise; why you will fail without it
  • Building a personal brand – offline and online
  • Winning new business… the modern way, without cold calling
  • Influencing, negotiating and creating outcomes

This topic was a massive hit when I presented it in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Asia. Now fully updated for the UK, I believe it will educate, motivate and stimulate.

Early bird special pricing is available now. Book before that closes on October 6th, 2013. There are multiple booking discounts too!

It would be fantastic to meet some of my blog readers in the flesh, so I hope to see you there!

Regards,
Greg
