Great advice Greg, putting the ball back into the client's court worked very well for me today. Reached a mutually satisfactory outcome with an exclusive listing. Looking forward to your presentation later in the year.

Greg I can still hear your voice when I read this. Even though I am no longer a recruiter these tips extend to many sales positions.

Keep posting!

Thank you for the excellent advice Greg. I'm looking forward to your weekly updates. Speaking from a recent experience, it does work when you ask your client "why do you think this placement warrants a discounted fee?" Needless to say, the full fee was paid with no further issue and a new job order from that same client listed the very next day (and filled with another excellent candidate at standard TOB rates)!
